My project is based about the constructive way of the moon villages and outposts. Forget the idea to transport pre built station for 2 astronauts with enough water and food for a year mission and took them back to earth in the same ship; there neither will be 2km radius glass domes where you could flight with hands, at least for next 20 year. Now we can build up for villages and outpost at the moon, them could be built with local materials, as large stone brick shelter (180 or 2340 square meters), for mining to collect local minerals, for industries to build space ships, for processing fuel, etc.

Those buildings, must be self-sufficient places, build in situ, with bricks done into the moon, they also must grow their own food, into hydroponic systems and ground, also to clean the air; from them people could do all the thing they need, some ones can work into maintenance, as farmers, as scientist, or live into an specialized village for harvesting minerals, to research, or just for space tourism, also someone could buy an outposts to live alone into the moon.

To do possible that idea, there must be construction tools, as small bulldozers, a machine to compact the bricks, and a small shelter brought to the site from the earth. From it, there be built large structures, with bricks made into the moon, all those will be building up by masonry workers, their work is to search silicates sands, made up the brick and stick them, an easy work, without high technology as 3D printers. The other things you could need as the WC were also brought from the earth, they just small chambers were fecal garbage were naturally processed, also the shower water can be easily clean into hydroponic.

There will be small bases, for about 7 or 35 people living there (180 or 2340 square meters). The modular design able to build another one if it is necessary, so if the helium 3 harvest company needs 350 workers to process it, they will need 10 villages to cover them.

All those buildings will just be the first settlement into the moon, the first ones have never been comfortable, they are design to protect people for cosmic rays and small meteorites, and for example, a space ship would not survive to one of those. They are not the end of the moon settlements; they are just the start, the stepping stone to outer space exploration.

Doing cheaper to live into the moon, we can easily harvest and iron works, produce fuel, process farm products, solder the iron panels and bring from earth computers and propulsion motors, to build ships. Also bring food to the international space station will be cheaper.

A moon travel will be easier, just put into low orbit a blue dragon, join a kernel of them, put into a with a small propulsion ship, to do the travel and bring another kernel.
